ChilePork TPP11 Event – May 2023portfolioOne of our main clients, ChilePork, wanted to share with it's clients and people from the specialized media about the news of Chile ratifying the CPTPP agreement and what that would mean for business between the two countries. The event itself had meetings with people from the specialized media, a seminar for more than 80 people and a luncheon for the guests. Apart from the planning and execution of the event itself, pour agency had the responsibility to review and translate the articles that came out after the event, manage the relationship with the journalists, and produce the pictures and videos of the event. Supermarket Trade Show 2023portfolioOur challenge was to support two clients at the very popular Supermarket Trade Show 2023 held in Makuhari Messe, in Japan. We were able to negotiate and get booth space for both clients with great location. The next step was to manage the construction of the booths, managing the sample foods for each booth, the staffing and the operation during the three days of the show. Finally, the event was a success for our clients. ChilePork Masterclass 2022portfolioOur mission was clear: to find the best chefs in Japan in order to present Chilean pork and its characteristics, and make a stellar masterclass. We gather 20 prestigious chefs and representatives from hotels and restaurants at a premium location so they could enjoy a ChilePork masterclass together with some industry presentations. We also had an MC and an interpreter onsite since the organizers were coming from overseas. 125 years of Japan and Chile RelationshipportfolioThis was an official event co-hosted by The Chilean Chamber of Commerce in Japan and The Embassy of Chile in Japan in commemoration of the 125 years of relationships between both countries. We were in charge of managing the details of the day as well as on-site support during the event. The main challenges were that, this being an official event, there are many protocols and rules that have to be followed, but our team was able to handle the requests of both the organizers, the sponsor companies and the guests. Recipe creationportfolioFor the promotion our our client's product, we partnered with some experts and developed two simple recipes in order to give the product more exposure. They are now part of a directory of recipes and many people have access to them. Video ShootingportfolioOur client asked us to shoot some videos that highlight the qualities of their products. For this, we hired a local chef and we shot 6 videos, which later on went to edition and translation, for the different social media channels of our client. PhotoshootportfolioAfter discussing with our client, we got to the conclusion that we needed some product pictures taken locally in order to avoid problems of messaging. With this, we portrayed their products in the following way. ChilePork Masterclass 2018portfolioOur client requested a high-level event for their customers in Japan. This included a chef coming from overseas and a Japanese chef, who demonstrated several dishes while explaining the characteristics of the product. This was fully recorded, had interpretation on site. Trade show in FukuokaportfolioThe task was to support our client in a trade show that was far away from their offices (completely different city). We supported them with the planning, design, hiring of staff and on-site support. This trade show was for 2 days in the city of Fukuoka, Japan. Wine Company – Instagram account managementportfolioOur client trusted us with the task of creating and managing their Instagram account for the Japanese market in order to give the audience more information of the brand, the company and how the products are manufactured. We have set goals together and we are reaching them by organically growing the audience as well as including relevant information to the local public. In one occasion we even visited the headquarters to interview the winemaker and to get a better understanding of the processes on site. Trade Show – Shokuniku SangyotenportfolioThe task was to take all responsibilities from application to the event, going through design and construction of the booth, hiring of staff, on-site support and follow up after the event. The event is called Shokuniku Sangyoten and was held in Tokyo Big Sight. Image change and product developmentportfolioThe project consisted in redoing the company's image in order to match the current clients and also to be more in line with the current market trends. For this, we made a market research and we had several proposals of designs and packaging for our client. Also, we proposed new products to expand their portfolio, which was accepted by them and are currently being sold in several channels.
