125 years of Japan and Chile Relationship

This was an official event co-hosted by The Chilean Chamber of Commerce in Japan and The Embassy of Chile in Japan in commemoration of the 125 years of relationships between both countries.
We were in charge of managing the details of the day as well as on-site support during the event.

The main challenges were that, this being an official event, there are many protocols and rules that have to be followed, but our team was able to handle the requests of both the organizers, the sponsor companies and the guests.
