Our mission was clear: to find the best chefs in Japan in order to present Chilean pork and its characteristics, and make a stellar masterclass.
We gather 20 prestigious chefs and representatives from hotels and restaurants at a premium location so they could enjoy a ChilePork masterclass together with some industry presentations.
We also had an MC and an interpreter onsite since the organizers were coming from overseas.
